1. Agreement
This Affiliate Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between Bald Eagle Hair Care, hereinafter referred to as “Bald Eagle,” and you, the affiliate, hereinafter referred to as the “Affiliate.”
2. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program
2.1. To enroll in the Bald Eagle Affiliate Program, you must complete the affiliate application and agree to these terms and conditions. Bald Eagle reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our discretion.
2.2. As an Affiliate, you agree to provide accurate and complete information when applying to the program and to keep your information up-to-date.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
3.1. Affiliates will promote Bald Eagle Hair Care products and services in a professional and ethical manner, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
3.2. Affiliates are responsible for creating their own marketing content, including but not limited to websites, social media posts, and promotional materials. Any claims or representations made by Affiliates must be accurate and not misleading.
4. Commissions and Payments
4.1. Affiliates will receive commissions based on a percentage of each sale generated through their unique affiliate link. Commissions and payment terms will be outlined in separate documentation provided by Bald Eagle.
4.2. Commissions are paid on a regular schedule, as specified in the commission structure. Bald Eagle may modify the commission structure at any time, and you will be notified of any changes.
5. Termination
5.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you will immediately cease using all affiliate links and remove any promotional materials related to Bald Eagle Hair Care.
5.2. Bald Eagle reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms and conditions.
6. Use of Trademarks and Intellectual Property
6.1. Affiliates may use Bald Eagle’s trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property solely for the purpose of promoting Bald Eagle Hair Care products. Any use must comply with our branding guidelines, and we reserve the right to revoke this privilege at any time.
7. Privacy
7.1. Affiliates must adhere to Bald Eagle’s Privacy Policy when collecting or handling any customer data. Affiliates must not share or misuse customer information.
8. Liability and Indemnification
8.1. Bald Eagle is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages, claims, or losses resulting from your participation in the affiliate program.
8.2. Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold Bald Eagle harmless from any claims, actions, or expenses, including legal fees, resulting from their participation in the program.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
9.1. Bald Eagle may modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Miscellaneous
10.1. This Agreement represents the entire understanding between Bald Eagle and the Affiliate and supersedes any previous agreements.
10.2. This Agreement is governed by the laws of CA & NV, and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of CA & NV.
By enrolling in the Bald Eagle Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
